Влияние комплексного модификатора сс-3тн на свойства бетонной смеси

2015
The paper presents the effects of dependence of the concrete mix mobility on its setting time. Due to its sodium thiosulfate effect on hydrating bindings, the additive SS-3TN has the best impact on the concrete mixture. The effects of additive proportioning on the concrete mobility have been examined: in addition with dilution, an increased dosage of the additive would affect mechanical properties of the concrete. The paper reports the main findings from a study undertaken to evaluate the influence of dehydration and separation on construction and engineering properties of concrete mixture and concrete. Water separation with concrete additives-repellents is reduced by 4 times or more. Water-repellent additives reduce the rate of concrete segregation in 1.5 2 times in comparison with the concrete mixture without additives. The effect of SS-3TN water-repellent modifier on the frost resistance of the concrete has been also studied. The analysis shows that the frost resistance of the concrete hardened in natural environment is lower than that of the concrete hardened in the moist environment.
