The Effects of Eledoisin and Bradykinin on the General and Visceral Circulation

The quite numerous studies of the hemodynamic action of eledoisin and bradykinin have not come to a univocal conclusion. We intended, therefore, to carry out a comparative study of the cardiovascular activity of these vasoactive polypeptides, using them in doses which cause a similar hypotensive effect.
