The possibility of monitoring of the pollution on fresh water, resulted of the flow thru agricultural areas, know as diffuse pollution, was possible because of the two important tools, remote sensing and geographic information system, those were used in this work. The Cuiaba river basin, with drainage area of approximately 29.000 km 2 , was chosen by being located in the state of Mato Grosso - Central Brazil, that possesses a vocation eminently agricultural, being located to amount of the Swampland complex, being constituted in an important area for conduction of environmental studies in Brazil. In that context, it is evaluated the space distribution of the pollutants total phosphorus and total nitrogen in the basin, starting from the integration of multiples datas (hydrometheorologicals, water quality, landuse, images of sensor Landsat 7 - ETM+ in GIS environmental). The results obtained by the modelling, when confronted with historical series of water quality of the Cuiaba river basin, they aimed the acceptability of the methodology proposal as indicative of the space variability of the medium water quality.
