Критерии выбора параметров термического цикла при наплавке теплостойкими сталями высокой твердости деталей металлургического оборудования

2015
The implementation of the ideal cycle requires much labor and money. Recommended slow cooling of the weld metal below the point A1 to shift transformation of under cooled austenite in high temperature area entails getting low durable, but more ductile austenite decomposition products. This in turn leads to the need for quenching the weld parts to enhance the performance characteristics of the deposited layer. The quenching operation of the bimetallic products, owing to the difference in thermal properties of the deposited layer and the core, is a challenge, as this also produces a quenching crack. For high service characteristics of the deposited layer and reduce costs needs to develop ways to combine surfacing with hardening. The thermal cycle during surfacing hardening steels should combine all the best that has been accumulated in the theory and practice of surfacing works. In the work proposed criteria for choosing the parameters of the thermal cycle for surfacing parts of metallurgical equipment heat resistant steels high hardness.
