The invention discloses a device for acquiring high-energy single-frequency laser output. The device comprises an isolator, a primary amplifier, an optical fiber phase conjugation mirror and a secondary amplifier in sequential arrangement along an optical path of a pulse laser output unit, wherein the primary amplifier takes Nd:YVO4 slabs as crystals, and the secondary amplifier takes Nd:YAG slabs as crystals. The invention further discloses a method for acquiring high-energy single-frequency laser output. The method includes: a continuous single-frequency optical fiber seed source outputs light which is outputted to be pulse laser through an electro-optical modulator, light beams passing through the isolator enter the primary solid amplifier which takes the Nd:YVO4 slabs as crystals to realize twice amplification, amplified light passes through the optical fiber phase conjugation mirror and then returns to the amplifier for twice amplification prior to being outputted, and the outputted light is subjected to secondary power amplification by the Nd:YAG slab crystals and then outputted. The device and the method for acquiring high-energy single-frequency laser output have the advantages that effectiveness in output of high-power single-frequency pulse laser is realized while excellent light beam quality can be guaranteed by means of phase conjugation, and the device is simple, convenient, feasible and wide in industrial application.
