The invention discloses a method for synthesizing 2-chloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropane. The method comprises the following steps: performing liquid-phase fluorination on 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropylene as a raw material and hydrogen fluoride (HF) in the presence of antimony pentafluoride and fluoride salt as catalysts to synthesize 2-chloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropane, wherein the molar ratio of antimony pentafluoride to fluoride salt is 1:(0.1-3), the molar ratio of 2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropylene to HF is 1:(1-15), and the reaction temperature is 25-60 DEG C. The method has the advantages of low reaction temperature, high reaction selectivity, no chlorine gas in a reaction process, long catalyst life and the like, and is used for synthesizing 2-chloro-1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropane.
