웨슬리의 신학과 사역을 통해서 본 선교적 교회 성장의 원리

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the pastoral characteristics of Wesley’s theology and ministry in four ways and to develop them into the concept of ‘missional church growth.’ Wesley’s theology and ministry had principles that transcended the temporal and cultural milieu, so his practices could lead to a sustainable revival. Based on this point, the core characteristics of his practices can be reinterpreted in four major ways: (1) pastoral practices based on the nature of the church, (2) organic organizations and internal dynamics of the church, (3) experiences of the strong presence the Holy Spirit, and (4) pragmatic methodology. In the larger framework, these principles can be seen as a result of the combination of missional ecclesiology and the benefits of church growth.
