Application on hysterectomy of large partial excision of uterine body with uterine artery

Objective To investigate the clinical value of application on hysterectomy of large partial excision of uterine body with uterine artery.Methods 30 patients were treated by hysterectomy of large partial excision of uterine body with uterine artery(study group).30 patients were treated by traditional abdominal subtotal hysterectomy as control.Results The volumes of blood loss and time of operation in the study group was 73~97 ml and 60~84 min.The volumes of blood loss and time of operation in the control group was 79~101ml and 61~85 min.The occurrence rates of the time of bleeding of postoperation and postoperative infection were equal between the two groups.The Serum hormone(E2) level from preoperation to the twelfth month of postoperation was decreased from 598.18±16.82 pmol/L to 391.25±30.96 pmol/L in the control group,but the serum hormone(E2) level is from 601.25±12.55 pmol/L to 658.47±86.25 pmol/L in the study group.After postoperation,the occurrence rates of symptoms of climacteric were 3.3% in the study group,but the occurrence rates of symptoms of climacteric were 13.3% in the control group.Conclusion The hysterectomy of Large partial excision of uterine body with uterine artery is slight influence s on ovarian function.It is should be firstly used for those young patients with hysteromyomas.
