System and method for broadcasting and controlling subtitle

The invention relates to a system and a method for broadcasting and controlling a subtitle; the system comprises a program list editing unit of a broadcasting control device; the program list editing unit is connected with a program list memory; the program list memory is connected with the program list broadcasting unit of the broadcasting control device; a subtitle editing interface is arrangedin the program list editing unit, and the subtitle editing interface is connected with a subtitle rendering unit; and a subtitle broadcasting interface is connected with a subtitle controlled rendering and broadcasting unit. The subtitle editing and broadcasting system constructed through the method improves the automation degree of the synchronous operation of channel on-line subtitle productionand broadcasting and a channel broadcasting control system, improves the safety of program broadcasting and saves resources; and particularly in a channel general control broadcasting control system,the invention provides a good work mode and the working method for producing subtitle content items in large scale and broadcasting control by frame.
