Discussion on the Mental Health Problems of Middle-aged University Teachers

It is necesary to pay sufficient attention to the mental health conditions of the special group of middle-aged teachers in the universities,which is not only related to the quality of teachers' work and life,but also to the educational development and educational quality of the universities,and more importantly,it can affect the mental health of the students directly.Based on discussing and analyzing the mental health problems and the causes of such problems of middle-aged teachers in the universities,this paper discusses the methods of how to ameliorate their formed psychological problems so as to maintain and increase their psychological health level,to improve their qualities of life and to promote their development of professions.
