Assessment of the Maximum Water Flow Passed Through the Volga-Kama Cascade of Reservoirs with Allowance for the Nonhorizontality of Their Surface

The maximum water flow with an exceedance probability of 0.01% passed through the Volga-Kama cascade of reservoirs is assessed using their dynamic and static capacity curves. The results obtained are compared.
