The invention relates to an automatic cleaning device for vehicle air conditioners and a corresponding vehicle. Based on an HVAC (heating ventilation air conditioning) assembly of the vehicle air conditioning system, the automatic cleaning device comprises a hot-air reverse circulation channel, an air outlet, a switching mechanism, a supply system and a control mechanism, wherein the hot-air reverse circulation channel allows two shell channels to communicate with each other, respectively positioned in a blower motor of the HVAC assembly and in a heater, the air outlet is formed in a shell channel in the downwind direction of an evaporator in time of cleaning an air conditioner, the switching mechanism used for controlling air flow path of the blower motor is arranged in the shell channel of the HVAC assembly, the outlet, of the supply system used for providing cleanser, is formed in a shell channel in the upwind direction of the evaporator in time of cleaning the air conditioner, and the control mechanism controls the signal output end to be controllably connected with the blower motor, the switching mechanism and the supply system. The automatic cleaning device simple in structure can automatically clean the evaporator when the vehicle air conditioner needs to be cleaned, so that condensed water and dust are prevented from attaching to the evaporator to cause bacterial growth, and good riding environment is provided for people on board. Besides, the automatic cleaning device is applicable to the air conditioning system for various vehicles.
