The invention belongs to the field of chemical component analysis detection, and concretely relates to a method for determining the content of nitroglycerine in propellant powder production technology exhaust gas. The content of nitroglycerine in the exhaust gas is accurately determined through a Griess-saltzman method in order to provide bases for construction of propellant powder production technology tail gas treatment facilities and monitoring of the running condition. The determination method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a standard solution; 2, preparing a sample solution; 3, adjusting colorimetric conditions; 4, sampling; 5, determining a sample solution; and 6, calculating to obtain a result. The determination method can be used to rapidly and accurately detect the content of nitroglycerine in the propellant powder production technology exhaust gas in order to guide adjustment of technological parameters of treatment of nitroglycerine in the propellant powder production technology exhaust gas and provide bases for monitoring of technology tail gas discharge.
