Disclosed is a new energy access and energy storage coordination control method under high permeability. According to the method, a supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system is used as a control center, and performs mutual communication with an electric vehicle charging station and a telecontrol station of a new energy power supply point, starting and stopping orders of a new energy power generating system are given by the SCADA system, and new energy access and energy storage coordination control can be achieved. A smallest system for implementing the method comprises an electric vehicle charging system in the electric vehicle charging station, a new energy power supply system and the SCADA system. According to the new energy access and energy storage coordination control method under the high permeability, as for grid connection of a random intermittent new energy power supply system, real-time balance of new energy output and adjustable loads can be achieved and the influence of the new energy grid connection on a public power grid can be greatly reduced on one hand; according to the random intermittent new energy grid-connection power supply scheme, isolated power can be provided for each area of a city in an emergency condition; ideally, power of electric vehicles of the city can be provided by new energy in terms of most of consumed energy, consumption of fossil energy can be reduced, and urban air pollution can be reduced.
