The invention provides a portable low-temperature internal expanding type blocking device for a pipeline. The device comprises a circular plate body, wherein an air exhausting valve is mounted in thecenter of the circular plate body; two symmetric mounting and dismounting handles which are structured the same are arranged on the outer side surface of the circular plate body and are positioned attwo sides of air feeding and air exhausting valves; a circular barrel body is arranged at the inner side of the circular plate body; tapes are correspondingly arranged on the outer wall surfaces of two ends of the circular barrel body. With the adoption of the device, pipe ports exceeding DN750 can be blocked and protected; pipeline ports can be effectively tightly blocked during marine transportprotection, general storage protection and coating painting of the pipeline; rainwater, sandy dust, welding slag, scrap iron, impurities, foreign matters and the like can be prevented from entering the pipeline to pollute the inner wall of the pipeline during transportation and construction; in addition, the pipeline is hard to fall off and lose during the prefabricating and transporting process;the device can be recycled; the blockage protection for the pipeline ports is improved; the device has the functions of being simple and reasonable in structure, economic, convenient to operate, firmand durable.
