Web Services in Gravitational and Magnetic Data Processing

Web service,a new technology module and an application module on Internet can be searched and used by users worldwide.The characteristics of web service are good sealing,loose coupling, strong integration and opening.The concept of Web service,basic techniques(namely XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI),Web service structure and the relation of Service provider, service requestor and service registry are introduced.Web service of gravity and magnetic data processing on Visual Studio .NET platform is developed, with C# programming introduced in the building of Web service,the deploy method and the reference process.A system of conventional gravity and magnetic data processing based on web service technology are established with a new prospective field for web service technology to be applied in geophysics data processing.
