Studies on production process of film coating of Yinxingye tablets

OBJECTIVE To improve the stability of the film coated tablets and optimize the condition of the film coating process.METHODS By the disintegration test,the high temperature resistance test and the high wet resistance test,the physical and chemical characters of the film coated Yinxingye tablets were compared.The best film coating process was selected by orthogonal test.RESULTS The stability of Yinxingye tablets was improved by film coating process when it was stored,and all the quality inspections of Yinxingye tablets produced in the best production condition were eligible.CONCLUSION The film coating process can be used in the production of Yinxingye tablets.
