The invention discloses a smart watch for electrocardiograph detection. The smart watch comprises a watchband and a watch main body, and the watch main body comprises an upper watch case, a touch display screen, a watch body, a lower watch case, a circuit board and a button; the upper watch case is shaped like a circular ring and serves as a first measuring electrode to be used for collecting electrocardiosignal of the hand not wearing the watch; the touch display screen is arranged in the center of the upper watch case, the lower watch case comprises a lower watch case electrode and a lower watch case insulation case, and the lower watch case electrode is arranged in the center of the lower watch case insulation case and serves as a second measuring electrode to be used for collecting electrocardiosignal of the hand wearing the watch. According to the smart watch for electrocardiograph detection, two electrocardiograph metal electrodes are adopted, assembling is convenient, the metal utilization rate is high, the cost is low, and the quality of the electrocardiosignal collected by an electrocardiograph acquisition circuit is equivalent to the measurement effect of three electrodes; one of the electrodes of the smart watch for electrocardiograph detection is the circular-ring-shaped electrode, and the measurement experience, signal quality and screen display effect can be achieved at the same time.
