Energy Saving Analyse and Reform on the Delivery Way of High Purity Nitrogen

The delivery way of high purity nitrogen of a factory was analyzed. According to the using condition of high purity nitrogen and the pipe network,a new pipe network scheme and a new method of energy saving were put forward. The delivery way of high purity nitrogen was redesigned,and the effect of energy saving was analyzed and calculated.
