The invention discloses an ant colony type dynamic overflowing oil recovery unmanned ship system which comprises a barge-carrier and a plurality of unmanned ship groups. The barge-carrier is provided with an unmanned ship regulating and controlling system, an unmanned ship lifting platform, an overflowing oil monitoring system and the like. Each unmanned ship group is composed of a main ship and multiple slave ships, and the main ships and the slave ships are each provided with a route planning system, a wireless communication device, an overflowing oil recovery device and an oil storage device. Each main ship is further provided with an overflowing oil monitoring device, a navigation positioning device and the like. The invention further discloses an ant colony type dynamic overflowing oil recovery method. The method includes the following steps that (1) the ships head for an oil overflowing area; (2) the oil overflowing area is partitioned; (3) the unmanned ships are grouped and assigned with tasks according to partitions; (4) the unmanned ship groups head for task zones; (5) the unmanned ship groups recover overflowing oil; (6) the main ships and the slave ships cooperate to recover oil until the tasks are completed; and (7) all the ships make a return voyage. According to the ant colony type dynamic overflowing oil recovery unmanned ship system and the ant colony type dynamic overflowing oil recovery method, on the basis of the idea of ant colony type cooperative work, the unmanned ships cooperatively work.
