The device comprises a pressure wheel frame, a connection block, a pressure wheel, a pressure wheel shaft and a fixed frame. An adjustment groove is formed in the pressure wheel frame, the pressure wheel is connected to the pressure wheel shaft through a bearing, one end of the pressure wheel shaft is fixed into the adjustment groove through a washer and a nut, an elastic gasket is fixed to the other end of the pressure wheel shaft, the connection block is welded above the pressure wheel frame, the fixed frame is composed of a first fixed block and a second fixed block, the first fixed block is welded to one side of the second fixed block, the first fixed block is vertical to the second fixed block, the connection block is vertically connected to the first fixed block, and threaded holes are formed in the second fixed block. The device is simple in structure and convenient to mount and demount and adjust. The pressure wheel can move up and down in the adjustment groove, to be adjusted to an appropriate position and then fixed. The pressure wheel can rotate along with the movement of the conveyer belt, to prevent the conveyer belt from being moved laterally.
