Detección de la actividad antrópica durante el Holoceno reciente en la Tolla, Collado de El Berrueco (Sierra de Guadarrama, Madrid, España) a través de la asociación de palinomorfos polínicos y no polínicos Human impact during the late Holocene in the tolla, Collado del Berrueco (Guadarrama Mountain, Madrid, Spain). pollen and non pollen palynomorphs assemblages

2009
We present the results of a palynologycal analyses (pollen and non-Pollen Palynomorphs) carried out in a core obtained of a deposit located in Guadarrama Mountain (Madrid. Spain). The principal aim is to obtain an association of pollen and non-Pollen Palynomorphs in order to define the human activity in the study area. Palynological data shows a landscape dominated by herbaceous plants, where we distinguish two groups with diferents affinities, anthropogenic taxa (Cichorioideae, Asteraceae, Cardueae, Rumex, Boraginaceae, Brassicaceae, Dipsacaceae y Centaurea), which determine human uses; on the other hand we observe another group dominate by anthropozoogenic taxa (Plantago lanceolata y Urtica dioica) associated with animals. Coprophilous non-Pollen Palynomorphs that helped us to the interpretation are represented for the Types 55A, 113, 165 y 368. The fluctuations between both groups establish the different uses of the landscape. In addition these results have permitted to distinguish several phases of the vegetation dynamic and human activity from the Late Holocene in El Berrueco area, inferred from the development of anthropozoogenic taxa. The radiocarbon dating of 14 C locate its development in 2490±40 BP (49 cm).
