On the Management of Junior Sports Clubs in China Based on the Balanced Score Card

This paper studied the application of balanced score card into the management of junior sports clubs in China.It held that the lagging of the management conception,method had become a bottleneck which restricted Junior Sports Clubs' sustainable development in China.As an effective tool of the strategic management,the balanced score card can be amended and introduced into the management of Junior Sports Clubs.Based on an overall consideration of the factors of the custom,the internal business process,learning and developing,and the financial situation,we can establish a framework for the strategic management of Junior Sports Clubs in China.
