Polyester cationic polychrome intermingled textured yarn and production method thereof

The invention discloses a polyester cationic polychrome intermingled textured yarn and a production method thereof. The polyester cationic polychrome intermingled textured yarn is intermingled by two different tows in a one-to-one manner, and is characterized in that the two different tows are an FDY (fully drawn yarn) and a POY (pre-oriented yarn) respectively, wherein the FDY is produced by means of cationic polyester chip spinning while the POY is produced by means of conventional polyester chip spinning, or the FDY is produced by means of conventional polyester chip spinning while the POY is produced by means of cationic chip spinning. The denier of the FDY is 15-100dtex, and the number of monofilaments is 13-70f; and the denier of the POY is 15-100dtex, and the number of monofilaments is 17-80f. Shortcomings of ITY (intermingled textured yarn) dyeing and finishing in the prior art are overcome, the problem of difficulty in polyester ITY dyeing is solved at the source, cloth is beautified, and quality of the cloth is improved. By the method, advantages such as short flow, low energy consumption and stable quality of a one-step forming process flow are maintained, and double-color polychrome effect of the ITY can be effectively reflected.
