Determination of alcohol content of alcoholic drink with heat value method

This paper introduced a determination method of alcohol content based on the combustion heat value.By determining the combustion heat value of a series of standard alcohol solution,a correlative model between alcohol content and combustion heat value was obtained.Thus the alcohol content of alcoholic drink could be determined by the model.This method was proved to be accurate,simple and convenient and could be used in routine analysis.
