Michelson interferometer of Si-wire waveguides for hybrid integrated devices

We fabricated a Michelson interferometer of Si-wire waveguides with a tunable phase shifter and a variable optical attenuator (VOA) for hybrid integration. The device operation was demonstrated with a discrete chip of Si-wire circuits.
