The invention relates to a multimedia information issuing device, which comprises a communication module, a storage module, a display module and a control module, wherein the communication module is provided with a broadcast signal reception module and a second network reception and transmission module; the broadcast receiving module is used for receiving multimedia information contents transmitted through broadcast signals and storing the multimedia information content in the storage module; and the second network reception and transmission module is used for receiving control information of an upper-order system of the multimedia information issuing device through a second network and feeding the running information of the multimedia information issuing device back the upper-order control system. Thus, the multimedia information contents transmitted through the broadcast signals can be received by the broadcast receiving module, and the problems of higher operating cost and lower transmission efficiency caused by adopting the IP (Internet Protocol) package switching network connecting technology in the prior art are solved.
