Study on Wireless Control System of Tooling Robot

In order to realize wireless control of tooling robot, this thesis focuses on the research of wireless communication technology used in multiple-degree of freedom robot in tooling system, a wireless communication system based on nRF2401A and DSP56F807 is presented. The author developed the hardware and software system, thus wireless communication between the controller and servo module is achieved. Further more, an experiment is designed to check the reliability of wireless communication, the results demonstrate that a package error rate of 10-6 could be acquired by using 32 bits or more address at the communication distance of 10 m. Finally, a resend and check method is given to prevent the data package from missing.
