Manual de seguridad para sistemas de muros de ductilidad limitada, para la construcción

2019
This work was carried out to establish a Manual as a guide for a different construction system, which is currently being implemented in the city of Quito. It is this Limited Ductility Wall System, which offers good behavior to seismic movements, and is an alternative in the construction sector to optimize time and resources in the real estate sector. In this work was made the identification of the processes, the methods to identify, evaluate and control the risks in each process, placing tools based on Ecuadorian regulations such as the INEN, NEC, the Ministerial Agreements on Environment and Safety in Construction, in addition to Executive Decree 2393. Referred international documents from countries such as: Chile, Colombia and Peru, the same ones that helped to provide information about the Limited Ductility Wall System, the result in each of these countries. With all these elements, we propose the Security Manual that, not having much information of this system, we stick to the experiences of neighboring countries, and of the construction companies that, in our country, have been implementing it for around 10 years. As a method, we use General Risk Assessment to determine the estimation and assessment of risks applied to each process identified in the SMDL; in addition to two standards that will help us determine a little more the chemical risk, such as: the INEN 2266 TRANSPORT, STORAGE AND HANDLING DANGEROUS OF MATERIALS. REQUIREMENTS; and, Ministerial Agreement 142 of the Environment, LIST OF DANGEROUS CHEMICAL SUBSTANCES.
