Observation on Curative Effect of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia GradeII Treated by Medicine

Objective: To evaluate the effect of conservative medication treatment in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade Ⅱ.Method: Retrospective analysed 26 patients diagnosed CINⅡ by biopsy under coloposcopy and chosen to be treated with medication treatment,and compared the treatment during observation period.Result: 9 cases were successfully reversed by medication,7 cases were treated by Baofukang suppository,2 cases were treated by interferon suppository,and no recurrence occurred ranged from 2 to 6 years,17 patients chose LEEP in follow-up,7 cases were treated by Baofukang suppository,10 cases were treated by interferon suppository.The lesion reversal rate,lesion sustained rate,and lesion progression rate showed no statistical significance.Conclusion: Conservative medication treatment can promote lesion reversal in CINⅡ,but need long-time follow up.
