Suspension cushion assembly of powertrain system of automobile

2010
The invention provides a suspension cushion assembly of a powertrain system of automobiles, which comprises a metallic framework, a rubber bushing, a mandrel and a dynamic vibration absorber, wherein a projecting shaft of the mandrel is inserted into the inner bushing of the rubber bushing, and is in interference fit with the inner wall of the inner bushing, at least two bolt holes which are connected with a support of the powertrain are distributed on the mandrel, and the mandrel is provided with the dynamic vibration absorber. By optimizing the structure of the mandrel of the suspension cushion, integrating the dynamic vibration absorber on the mandrel, and adding an L-shaped metal brace on the upper part of the metallic framework, the invention can improve the dynamic stiffness of the suspension cushion assembly, realize that the range of the working speed of rotation of an engine including the starting and idling of an engine can effectively cut off the transmission of the engine vibration to automobile body, and improve the NVH performance and the riding comfortableness of the whole automobile.
