Development of wheat plants coinoculated with rhizobium strains

HIGHLIGHTS: Noduliferous bacteria can increase wheat yield. Coinoculation of Azospirillum brasilense and Rhizobium tropici improved total grain mass in wheat plants. Strains MT 08, MT15 and MT 16 isolated from legume nodules show potential for use in wheat plants.
