Narrow-pulse generation circuit

The invention relates to a pulse generation circuit, especially to a narrow-pulse generation circuit, particularly to a circuit triggered to generate ps-scaled ultra-wide-band narrow pulses. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the narrow-pulse generation circuit comprises a high-speed amplifier used for receiving a trigger signal and outputting a square wave signal, wherein an output end of the high-speed amplifier is connected with a high-speed digital drive circuit and is grounded through a micro-strip delay line, and the high-speed digital drive circuit outputs required pulses. The frequency coverage of the narrow-pulse generation circuit for generating a narrow-pulse signal is high and up to 4GHz; the narrow-pulse generation circuit can be triggered continuously to work so as to generate dense narrow pulses; the narrow-pulse generation circuit is flexible to use and can generate a required waveform according to sequential logic so as to obtain ps-scaled narrow pulses; the narrow-pulse generation circuit is simple in structure and high in reliability; and as the output power is moderate, the narrow-pulse generation circuit is convenient to use and can be widely applied to the fields such as radar, communications and electronic countermeasure.
