[Biophysical control of pregnancies at risk: our experience].

: The perinatal medicine has substantially improved the monitoring of the risk pregnancy thanks to the biological control of the pregnancy and labour. After examining the main systems of fetal monitoring, the authors report their own case load related to the monitoring and to the result of 100 postdate pregnancies examined at their ward.
