Multiband bandpass microwave photonic filter by utilizing wide-band optical source slicing

A multiple-passband bandpass microwave photonic filter whose passband number and resonance frequencies can be selected is analyzed and experimentally demonstrated. The proposed scheme shows good flexibility, high spectrum efficiency and great extension potential.
