A Case of Reticular Erythematous Mucinosis

A 26-year-old male presented with skin eruption on extremities,trunk,head and neck for 1 year.The lesion showed slightly hyperkeratosis,edema of epidermis,dilated capillary vessel with infiltration of mononuclear cells both in superficial and medial layer.Alcian blue staining showed mucin deposition in papillary layer and reticular layer of dermis.Diagnosis of reticular erythematous mucinosis was made.
