大鼠心肌肥厚模型中血清白细胞介素-18及-10的变化

2009
【Objective】 To investigate the changes of interleukin-18 (IL-18) and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in myocardial hypertrophy rat animal model, and to explore their role of them in the development of myocardial hypertrophy. 【Methods】 Using abdominal aorta banding myocardial hypertrophy rat animal model, sixty four F344 rats were arranged into eight groups: post- banding two weeks, post-banding three weeks, post-banding four weeks, post-banding eight weeks and the control groups respectively, every group eight rats. Degree of myocardial hypertrophy was confirmed by ultrasonography. The concentration of serum IL-18 and IL-10 were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). 【Results】 Abdominal aorta banding 2-8 weeks, myocardial hypertrophy rat animal model was confirmed by ultrasound with IVSTd and PWLVd. The concentration of serum IL-18 and IL-10 in the groups of myocardial hypertrophy were higher than those in the control groups. With 2-8 weeks banding IL-18 levels (pg/mL) in the two groups were 461±387 vs 529±394, 516±428 vs 458±367, 816±442 vs 470±355, 462±343 vs 466±424; IL-10 levels (pg/mL) in the two groups were 926±634 vs 717±664, 1033±661 vs 736±544, 1221±568 vs 700±601, 891±569 vs 735±579, respectively. With prolonged banding, the levels increased significantly (2, 3, and 4 weeks, P<0.05), but in 8 weeks no significant difference (P>0.05). No significant difference among control groups (P>0.05). 【Conclusion】 The levels of serum IL-18 and IL-10 in myocardial hypertrophy rat increased significantly, and to a certain extent, reflect the severity of the illness.
