An Extended VIKOR Method for the Multiple Attribute Decision Making Problems Based on Interval Neutrosophic Set

The interval neutrosophic set can be easier to express the uncertain information, and VIKOR is one of the most effective method in multiple attribute decision making, however, in general, it can only process the attribute values with triangular fuzzy numbers, and so on. In this article, in the case of attribute weights are unknown and the attribute values take the forms of interval neutrosophic sets, an extended VIKOR method is proposed for interval neutrosophic set. Firstly, the basic concepts of interval neutrosophic set are defined, and the hamming distance between interval neutrosophic sets is given. Then, an extended VIKOR method which combines hamming distance is proposed for interval neutrosophic sets. Finally, an example to illustrate the feasibility and validity of extended VIKOR method.
