A Study of Construction of Information Security Course System in Computer Science Specialty

Because the supporting capability of information security is increasingly regarded as an essential component part in a country's overall national strength, information security becomes an important orienta- tion in cultivating professional computer talent in a university. The paper firstly focuses on analyzing the course system of information security specialty and the characteristics of knowledge structure of Computer Science majors, integrating the content of the course system in information security specialty and then puts forward an appropriate construction plan of information security course which is fit for Computer Science specialty. Furthermore, based on the reality of our university, the paper puts forward the advantages of infor- mation security course system and also points out the disadvantages in practice and presents corresponding strategy and advice.
