The invention relates to a shoe sole, and provides a wear-resistant antistatic rubber shoe sole and a preparation method thereof. The wear-resistant antistatic rubber shoe sole has the resistivity of less than 1 megohm, has the characteristics of permanent antistatic property and high wear resistance, and is especially suitable for producing outdoor work shoes with higher antistatic requirements. The wear-resistant antistatic rubber shoe sole is composed of natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber, silica white, an antistatic agent, an antistatic agent, an anti-aging agent, polyethyleneglycol, a silane coupling agent, polyethylene wax, zinc oxide crystal whisker, sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding all the components except the sulfur and vulcanization accelerator into a Banbury mixer, banburying, discharging batch at 110-120 DEG C, standing at room temperature for 24 hours, compounding on a double-roller open mill, adding the accurately weighed sulfur and vulcanization accelerator, compounding uniformly, discharging a uniform sheet, cutting the material into a shoe sole shape, putting in a rubber shoe mold, and vulcanizing to form, thereby obtaining the wear-resistant antistatic rubber shoe sole.
