Study on Colonization and Promotion Growth of Actinomycetes Strain 153

This study aimed at the effect and mechanism of promoting growth about eggplant and tomato by actinomycetes 153 and colonization in plants.The results showed that the different concentration of strain 153 spore suspension promoted seed germination and bud growth.Moreover,actinomycetes 153 could stimulate growth of tomato and eggplant.The fresh weight and dry weight of the plants which treated by different concentration of strain 153 spore suspension were increased by 114.69%,99.75% and 124.06%,96.60% respectively.And strain 153 could steady colonize in rhizosphere and inside of plants with the spore numbers kept from 104 to 103 cfu/g during 14 d to 30 d.Strain 153 could improve the content of chlorophyll in leaves and enhance the deoxidize intensity of root so as to promoting growth.
