The invention provides an abalone processing method, which comprises the steps of (1) cleaning the peripheral tissues of abalones; (2) mixing fish gelatin in an egg protein extract liquor and adding water to completely mix to form a protein mixed liquor; (3) placing the protein mixed liquor and the abalones in a massage barrel for massage; (4) standing the massaged mixture for 6-18 hours; and (5) taking out for later use. By using the processing method provided by the invention, fibrous tissues of the abalones can be fixed, the protein content in the muscles of the abalones can be increased, and the tissues are capable of bearing high temperature and high pressure without severe damage after being integrally adjusted.
