Anti-human papilloma virus l1 protein antibody and the coding gene and use thereof

2014
Disclosed in the present invention are an anti-human papilloma virus L1 protein antibody and the coding gene and use thereof. The anti-human papilloma virus L1 protein antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region and a light chain variable region, wherein the amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions in the heavy chain variable region are respectively as shown by SEQ ID NOs.5-7 and the amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions in the light chain variable region are respectively as shown by SEQ ID NOs.8-10; or, the amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions in the heavy chain variable region are respectively as shown by SEQ ID NOs.51-53 and the amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions in the light chain variable region are respectively as shown by SEQ ID NOs.54-56; or, the amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions in the heavy chain variable region are respectively as shown by SEQ ID NOs.61-63 and the amino acid sequences of three hypervariable regions in the light chain variable region are respectively as shown by SEQ ID NOs.64-66. The antibody of the present invention has a high affinity for the human papilloma virus L1 protein.
