Investigation of evolution route of Internet of Things

In order to investigate the evolution route of Internet of Things(IOT),the origin of IOT is analyzed,and the development path is studied.The evolution model of IOT is given by researching the technical characteristic in the view of Human and Thing.It is proposed that the communication mode of cyber world and physical world will converge,and the goal of IOT is ubiquitous.Two suggestions of IOT development and research in China iare given based on the summary of IOT evolution route.
