육계에서 Hematococcus pluvialis의 급여가 성장 및 혈액 성상에 미치는 효과

2018
This study investigated the effects of dietary Hematococcus pluvialis(H. pluvialis) supplementation on growth performance and blood components in broiler chickens. Referred to the previous studies, a total of 120 one-day-old male broiler chicken(Ross 308) after 7 days of acclimation were randomly assigned to four experimental groups, which were a basal diet alone(control) or supplemented with H. pluvialis at 0.05(HP 0.05), 1.0(HP 0.1), and 2.0 g/kg of basal diet(HP 0.2). After 35 days of administration, the body weight gain and average daily feed intake of HP 0.2 were significantly higher when compared to that of control(p<0.05). In addition, the feed conversion ratio of HP 0.2 was significantly improved compared to that of control(p<0.05). In hematological parameters, there were no significant difference between control and all treatment groups. In blood biochemical parameters, aspartate aminotransferase value of HP 0.2 significantly decreased compared to that of control(p<0.05). The results of this study indicated that dietary H. pluvialis meal supplementation at 2.0 kg/ton could be safely used for the improvement of growth performance and feed conversion ratio in broilers.
