Clinical Significance of Research on Homocysteine and C-reactive Protein for Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

2012
Objective:To discuss the clinical significance of homocystein and C-reactive protein on patients with acute cerebral Infarction. Methods:The Hcy and C-reactive protein of 65 patients with ACI were measured by using a Hitach 7180 automatic biochemical analyzer, and compared with 35 healthy cases. Results:Hcy and hs-CRP in ACI group were significantly higher than that in the healthy group(P0.05).Conclusion:Hcy and hs-CRP are intimately involved in the change of ACI,the detection has great significance in diagnosis and treatment.
