Horizontal shot blasting machine system and treatment method

The invention relates to a horizontal shot blasting machine system and a treatment method. The horizontal shot blasting machine system comprises a shot blasting chamber and shot blasting devices. The axis of the shot blasting chamber is arranged in the horizontal direction. The shot blasting devices include the inner shot blasting device and the outer shot blasting device. The inner shot blasting device is communicated with a high-pressure pneumatic sand conveying device. Sand shots are conveyed to the inner shot blasting device through the high-pressure pneumatic sand conveying device after being accelerated for the first time through high-pressure airflow, and then the sand shots are thrown out through the inner shot blasting device after being accelerated again. After a steel pipe to be treated enters the shot blasting chamber, shot blasting is conducted on the inner wall of the steel pipe through the inner shot blasting device. The outer shot blasting device is located on the wall of the shot blasting chamber, and a shot blasting opening faces the outer wall of the steel pipe so that shot blasting can be conducted on the outer wall of the steel pipe. Shot blasting treatment of the inner wall and the outer wall of the steel pipe is achieved in the advancing process of the steel pipe. According to the shot blasting machine system, the sand supplying capacity is high, the flow is stable, the automatic sand shot removing and recovering effects are good, the shot blasting treatment efficiency is high, the rust removal effect is good, energy consumption is low, and the occupied area of a workshop is small; in addition, the whole shot blasting treatment machine system is simple in structure and stable in operation.
