The data driver ICs (200) have a gamma voltage generator (250) which generates a gamma voltage. The timing controller (500) generates an EPI package for controlling the data driver ICs (200). The reference voltage generator (400) reduces the driving voltage (VDD) and the reduced drive voltage (VDD) to the data driver ICs to. The reference voltage generator (400), the data driver ICs (200) and the timing (500) are arranged on the PCB (300). A first transmission line (610) connecting the reference voltage generator (400) and the data driver ICs (200), and a second transmission line (620) connecting the timing controller (500) and the data driver ICs (200) are on the PCB (300) is formed.
