First Report of Cephaliophora tropica on NL351 Poplar in China

In order to study the endophytic fungi of NL351 poplar,the sapwood sample was used to isolate the endophytic fungi.Cephaliophora tropica was isolated from the sapwood,the isolate was identified using both morphological and molecular method.This is the first report of this endophytic fungi on poplar,NL351 poplar is a new host of this fungi.
