The invention relates to a novel hydraulic roller bit. The novel hydraulic roller bit comprises a drilling bit jaw, a main water hole flow passage in the drilling bit jaw, an oil passage, a drilling fluid sealing cavity, a cone and a water hole flow passage in the cone. The difference of the novel hydraulic roller bit is that the mounting position of a conventional roller bit nozzle is changed, the nozzle is mounted on the cone, drilling fluid communicates with the water hole flow passage in the cone through the main water hole flow passage, and the drilling fluid is sprayed out through the nozzle on the cone. By means of the novel hydraulic roller bit, the cone has better cleaning and rock breaking abilities, the drilling and rock breaking performances of the bit are effectively improved, the service life of the roller bit can be prolonged, and the drilling cost is lowered.
